Roam Like At Home (RLAH) O2 Only
When traveling to Europe on our minutes and data inclusive tariff solutions RLAH will be included in your UK allowance. So, your minutes, texts, and data will work in our Europe Zone, just like they do at home. You’ll be able to make and receive calls and send and receive texts, like you’d normally do in the UK.
Please note that making calls or sending texts from the UK to other destinations, premium rate numbers or other non-geographic numbers from within our Europe Zone to a country outside of the Europe Zone are not part of your RLAH solution.
Fair usage – RLAH Inclusive EU Data Roaming of max 20GB per month.

The following additional countries are also included: Channel Islands, Switzerland and Monaco however, their inclusion in the Europe Zone destinations can change from time to time. * Not including Northern Cyprus
Roam Like at Home is intended for periodic travel in Europe and not for customers roaming across foreign networks on a semi-permanent or permanent basis. A fair usage policy will apply.
International Caller (O2)
Our optional International Caller (IC) on O2, offers users hugely reduced International Call rates, when dialling abroad from the UK, it even works when roaming and utilising daily roaming services that offer a “Roam like at home” service.
For a small additional fee of £5.00 per month to your line rental you will benefit from these massive savings on your PPM call rates:
- Calls to Europe / USA / Canada = 8p per minute (usually 125p to Europe and 250p to USA/Canada)
- Calls to Rest of The World = 33p per minute (usually 250p)
- International SMS = 8p per message (usually 80p)

European Travel Select (ETS) Vodafone Only
For Vodafone customers ETS covers the same destinations as Roam Like At Home but is chargeable at £2.50 + VAT per day when triggered by usage in the EU in one of the listed destinations. It allows the customer to use their UK allowance in Europe Zones 1 and 2; however, The Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man are excluded from ETS and remain inclusive destinations within our tariffs. ETS is also aligned with World Travel Select (WTS).

World Travel Select (WTS) O2 & Vodafone
Working alongside both RLAH (O2) or ETS (Vodafone) WTS allows users full access to their UK bundles, allowances and rates whilst roaming worldwide for just £7.50 (ex. VAT) per day.

Premium Roaming Plans – TravelFree/ TravelPlus
These are our premium roaming plans allocated to our Premium & Special tariffs on both O2 & Vodafone. TravelFree and TravelPlus work together. These products cannot be separated and mixed due to their inclusive roaming destination alignment.
TravelFree (O2 & Vodafone)
TravelFree is our enhanced version of Roam Like At Home (RLAH). It is relevant to all member countries of Europe Zones 1 and 2, plus a selected number of additional destinations outside of Europe, such as Australia, South Africa, and USA. When roaming within an inclusive destination, this service enables access to your domestic bundles and rates as if you were at home. TravelFree is available on selected O2 and Vodafone tariffs.

TravelPlus (O2 & Vodafone)
TravelPlus is an alternative to World Travel Select (WTS) but is aligned directly with TravelFree and is only available on selected tariffs. Like WTS, it offers an alternative to pence per minute rates in the form of a daily roaming rate of £7.50 per day (ex. VAT).
It will allow users full access to their UK bundles, rates and allowances whilst roaming in a selection of worldwide destinations. When utilising TravelPlus, you can call back to the UK and call within the same country you are currently in without incurring out-of-bundle charges.

Roaming Plans – Other important supporting information
The European Roaming Services cover the following:
- Access to domestic data bundles (fair usage policy applies)
- Access to domestic calls & text bundles including usage back to the UK (to any UK mobile or a standard fixed-line number, e.g., 01, 02, 03) and other destinations “In Zone” (mobile/ standard fixed-line numbers only)
- Received calls & texts > Calls to emergency services (i.e., 999 or 112)
- Calls to UK freephone numbers
- Calls to voicemail
- Domestic out-of-bundle rates*
Roaming calls that fall outside of inclusive allowances, or that are directed out of zone, are rated based on UK international call rates. Qualifying international or roaming bundles, where available and applied, will be utilised in advance of out of bundle rating.
Our European Roaming Services do NOT cover the following:
- Calls to non-geographical and premium numbers.
- Calls and texts to worldwide destinations (ROW Zones 1-4)
- Calls and texts to another EU zone from an EU zone (i.e., from Zone 1 to Zone 2)
The Worldwide Daily Roaming Services work almost identically to our European versions, see details below:
- Access to domestic data bundles (fair usage policy applies)
- Access to domestic calls & text bundles including usage back to the UK (to any UK mobile or a standard fixed-line number, e.g., 01, 02, 03) and “In Country” (mobile/ standard fixed-line numbers only)

All roaming plans which include roaming data come with a 20GB per month fair usage policy if subscribed, after which the standard pence per MB will apply.
